Dear sir
sir in my design latches are doubled then F/Fs so obviously it is giving less fault coverage because it is only converting f/f in to scannable f/f and rest of latches are not converting in to scannable one. so I am getting less fault coverage and we know during scannability latch handling is off so how it will handle latches .so we can increase fault coverage.please send me commands it is very urgent
